When you feel like you don’t have a moment to yourself, that is when you really need to stop and take a moment for yourself. This can be easily done by taking a breathe. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly and let your mind, body and spirit feel calm, balanced and centered. Release any tensions you have been holding onto and embrace the wondrous spirit that is you.
