- 1 cup of light almond milk
- 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup of strawberries (I like them frozen, but they can be fresh)
- 1/2 c vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons butter extract
- 1 cup of ice (may only need a half cup of ice if your strawberries are frozen)
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender I use a high speed blender like blend tech or Vita-mix. Enjoy!
